Richard Kaplan has been a professional trainer of working service dogs for the disabled for over twenty years. He has trained dogs to assist people with hearing disabilities, seizures, PTSD, and stability and mobility issues. He has, along with his service dogs, Fred & Ginger, developed a method of dog training, or behavior modification, that connects instantly with a dog's natural inborn canine instincts.
